PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
This General Warranty Policy applies to all BEEST™ and BEEST USA™ branded products sold through authorized channels, unless a product-specific warranty in Part 2 provides different or additional terms.
Where a product-specific warranty exists, its terms control to the extent of any conflict with this General Warranty Policy.
1.1 Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
BEEST USA warrants to the original purchaser that all BEEST branded products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This standard warranty applies automatically to every purchase and requires no registration.
1.2 What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail to perform its intended function when used in accordance with the product label instructions, application guidelines, and any other written instructions provided by BEEST USA.
1.3 What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- • Damage resulting from improper use, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow product label instructions or application guidelines
- • Use of the product on surfaces, substrates, or in conditions not specified or recommended on the product label
- • Use of the product beyond its printed expiration date or shelf life
- • Damage caused by improper storage, including exposure to temperatures outside the range specified on the product label
- • Normal wear and tear, aging, or gradual degradation over time
- • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations to the product
- • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, acts of God, or events beyond BEEST USA’s control
- • Use of the product in combination with chemicals, solvents, or materials not recommended by BEEST USA
- • Product purchased from unauthorized resellers
- • Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance
- • Labor costs, installation costs, removal costs, or reinstallation costs
- • Property damage of any kind
- • Consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, business interruption, personal injury, or medical expenses
- • Cost of inspections, testing, or expert evaluation
1.4 Exclusive Remedy
If a valid warranty claim is approved, BEEST USA’s sole and exclusive remedy, at its option, is:
- • Replacement of the defective product (subject to current product availability), OR
- • Refund of the original purchase price paid for the defective product
BEEST USA’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product that is the subject of the claim.
1.5 Who Is Covered
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, users, or any third party.
Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or equivalent) is required for all warranty claims.
1.6 How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, contact BEEST USA Customer Support:

When submitting a claim, please provide:
- • Order number or proof of purchase
- • Clear photographs showing the defect or issue
- • Product name and batch/lot number (if printed on the product)
- • Detailed description of the defect and when it was discovered
Delivery Damage: Product damage visible upon delivery must be reported within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.
Claims will be reviewed within 5–15 business days.
Do not return products without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from BEEST USA.
1.7 Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
1.8 Limitation of Consequential Damages
Under no circumstances shall BEEST USA be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, lost profits, lost time, removal costs, reinstallation costs, or any other damages beyond product replacement or refund as specified above.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
1.9 Authorized Retailers
This warranty is valid only for products purchased from BEEST USA or authorized BEEST USA retailers, including:
- • BEEST USA official website (beestusa.com)
- • BEEST USA Amazon storefront
- • BEEST USA Walmart storefront
Contact Customer Support to verify other authorized retailers.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty.
1.10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from this warranty shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
1.11 Your Legal Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
The following products carry extended warranty options beyond the General Warranty Policy in Part 1.
For each product below, the standard 1-year warranty in Part 1 applies automatically.
Extended warranty terms require registration as described. All exclusions and limitations from Part 1 apply unless specifically modified below.
2.1 BEEST FULLSTOP™ Spray Foam Insulation
Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every purchase includes 1 year of automatic warranty coverage from the date of purchase. No registration required.
Extended 10-Year Limited Warranty (Free — Registration Required)
Register your BEEST FULLSTOP™ Spray Foam purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase to extend your coverage to ten (10) full years at no cost.

- • Provide: order number, purchase date, product batch/lot number, and contact information
- • You will receive confirmation of your extended warranty coverage
IMPORTANT: Failure to register within the applicable registration window means your coverage remains at the standard 1-year warranty period.
Extended warranty activation cannot be processed after the registration window closes.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in the BEEST FULLSTOP™ spray foam insulation product only, including:
- • Chemical formulation defects — Foam that fails to cure properly, exhibits abnormal shrinkage, or does not perform to published specifications due to manufacturing defects in the chemical formulation
- • Container/can failure — Defective cans, valves, or seals that prevent proper product dispensing due to manufacturing defects
What Is Not Covered (In Addition to Part 1 Exclusions)
The following are explicitly excluded from this product warranty:
- • Spray foam applicator guns (see Section 2.2)
- • Cleaning products or cans of cleaner
- • Personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety glasses
- • Nozzles, tips, hoses, or other application accessories
- • Product applied after the expiration date or shelf life printed on the container
- • Product that has been frozen or stored at temperatures exceeding 90°F
- • Failure to achieve advertised coverage rates due to improper application technique, temperature conditions, or user error
- • Application over inappropriate substrates or improperly prepared surfaces
Remedy
Approved claims will result in replacement product or refund of the original purchase price, at the purchaser’s option (subject to product availability).
BEEST USA covers standard ground shipping for replacements within the continental United States.
2.2 BEEST FULLSTOP™ Spray Foam Applicator Gun (Pro-X)
The BEEST FULLSTOP™ Pro-X Applicator Gun is covered under the General Warranty Policy in Part 1 (1-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects). No extended warranty is available for this product.
Remedy is limited to replacement of the applicator gun or refund of the original purchase price paid for the gun.
Liability under this warranty is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the applicator gun product.
BEEST USA disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the product.
2.3 BEEST FULLSTOP™ Garage Insul8™ Kits
Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every purchase includes 1 year of automatic warranty coverage on all kit components from the date of purchase. No registration required.
Extended Limited Warranty (Free — Registration Required)
Register your Garage Insul8™ Kit within thirty (30) days of purchase to extend coverage at no cost.
Extended warranty duration varies by kit tier:
- • Standard Kits (Single & Double Door): 3 years of coverage on all kit components, including FULLSTOP Panels™ and BEEST-LOCK™ Pull-Force Tape
- • Gold Kits (Single & Double Door): 4 years of coverage on all kit components, including panels, tape, door seals, and window film
- • Platinum Kits (Single & Double Door): 5 years of coverage on all kit components, including panels, tape, door seals, and window film

What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects in the following kit components:
- • FULLSTOP Panels™ — Delamination, layer separation, structural integrity failure, foam core deterioration, aluminum/vinyl layer adhesion failure
- • BEEST-LOCK™ Pull-Force Tape — Adhesive failure under normal use conditions
- • Door Seals (Gold and Platinum Kits only) — Seal integrity and material defects
- • Window Film Sheets (Gold and Platinum Kits only) — Film material defects
What Is Not Covered (In Addition to Part 1 Exclusions)
- • GRIPREACH™ Corner Squeegee and QUICK-SNIP™ Utility Cutter (installation tools)
- • Replacement blades or consumables
- • Application to surfaces other than garage door panels
- • Water damage, moisture infiltration, mold, or biological growth
- • UV fading or discoloration (normal weathering)
- • Pest, animal, or insect damage
- • Use in commercial or industrial applications (residential use only)

2.4 BEEST RV Roof Coating
Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty
Every purchase includes 1 year of automatic warranty coverage from the date of purchase. No registration required.
Extended 15-Year Limited Warranty (Free — Registration Required)
Register your BEEST RV Roof Coating purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase to extend your coverage to fifteen (15) full years at no cost.

What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the BEEST RV Roof Coating product that cause the coating to fail when applied in strict accordance with BEEST USA’s written application instructions, including:
- • Product defects — Coating that fails to cure properly, exhibits premature cracking, peeling, or delamination due to defects in the chemical formulation or manufacturing process
- • Container defects — Containers, seals, or packaging defects that render the product unusable
IMPORTANT: This is a product defect warranty only. It does not guarantee that the coating will prevent leaks, withstand specific weather conditions, or perform for any specific duration.
Coating performance depends on proper surface preparation, application technique, environmental conditions, and ongoing maintenance, none of which are within BEEST USA’s control.
What Is Not Covered (In Addition to Part 1 Exclusions)
- • Coating failure due to improper surface preparation, application technique, or failure to follow BEEST USA application guidelines
- • Failure to apply the product at the recommended coverage rate or thickness
- • Application in temperatures, humidity, or conditions outside the ranges specified in the product instructions
- • Damage from structural defects in the underlying roof or RV
- • Damage from natural forces, disasters, or acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, lightning, earthquakes, falling branches, animals, insects)
- • Physical damage from impact, puncture, foot traffic, or mechanical stress
- • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, solvents, or cleaning agents not recommended by BEEST USA
- • Failure to perform routine maintenance and inspection of the coated surface

Extended 25-Year Limited Warranty (Free — Registration Required)
Register your BEEST RV Roof Coating — Silicone purchase within thirty (30) days of purchase to extend your coverage to twenty-five (25) full years at no cost.

What Is Covered

- • BEEST Waterproof Sealant
- • BEEST PS-8700 Concrete Sealer
- • BEEST Rapid Rust Converter
- • BEEST Concrete Acid Stain
- • BEEST RV Roof Polyester Fabric Seam Tape (Seam Secure)
- • BEEST RV Roof Tape
These products carry the standard 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
No extended warranty is available for these products.
Remedy is limited to replacement product or refund of the original purchase price, at BEEST USA’s option.
Products purchased before May 1, 2026 that display warranty terms on product labels, packaging, or listing images (including warranty durations, registration offers, or warranty badges) are covered under the terms as stated on the product label or packaging for the duration indicated, provided the purchaser can present proof of purchase showing a purchase date prior to May 1, 2026.
For all purchases on or after May 1, 2026, the terms of this Product Warranty Policy govern.
Where product labels or packaging from prior production runs display warranty terms that differ from this policy, this written policy controls for purchases made on or after the effective date.
BEEST USA is actively updating product labels and packaging to reflect the terms in this policy.
During the transition period, customers should refer to this policy at beestusa.com/warranty for the most current warranty terms.
