Fairly easy to install. Wish they added 1 extra sheet for goofups. Maybe some tape to cover gaps. Otherwise it does work! Notable decrease in temp on hot days.

The installation was easy and it looks clean. My only complaint is that I needed another roll of double-sided tape. Per the instructions, I cleaned and outlined each door panel with tape. I also taped around panel hinges. When I installed the panels in whole sheets, they were taller than my door panels. I had to add additional rows of tape to seal the bottom of the panel and the top of the next panel. I ran out before I could complete the project. Will you ship me another roll of tape or should I visit my local hardware store to buy more tape to finish the project?

This garage door insulation kit comes with everything needed to insulate around half of a door. Being light in weight, the installed product doesn't add too much weight to the door, meaning you probably won't need to have the door springs readjusted. By taking ones time, you can get a nice clean installation, however the folds in the material detract from the finish. I don't think that laying them out or compressing the sheets would do much to eliminate the folds lines. The kit does not include enough material to cover an entire door, so make sure to measure and order accordingly.
